Jean-Luc Duvall - Director of Campaigns
Jean-Luc has worked extensively in the campaign world with his start as a Field Director for Conservation Colorado during the 2018 midterms where he helped deliver victory for Jared Polis' first gubernatorial campaign. With a strong background in volunteer management and event planning, he values relational organizing above all. Known as a "people person," Jean-Luc adds an individualized touch to his outreach and communication efforts.
With several cycles under his belt, Jean-Luc has a wide range of campaign experience that has delivered important electoral victories across the United States, from Maryland to Colorado as well as Oregon and North Carolina. He has worked on campaigns for congressional, state legislative, statewide, and municipal level candidates, and backs up his experience with a track record of success within the "margin of effort." Recently during the 2024 fall election, he was campaign manager for Bryan Cohn, current state representative for House District 32 in Granville and Vance Counties, and successfully led his candidate to a decisive win, flipping a critical seat in the NC State House of Representatives.
Outside of work, you can find Jean-Luc tending to his garden, hiking with his wife and their dog Laila, or playing his guitar at a fire pit with family and friends.
